Private bookings must be confirmed in writing and with a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total amount due.
The balance is to be paid three weehs before commencement of the holiday. In the event of a cancellation every effort will be made to re-let, but the full amount is due if this is not possible and guests are recommended to insure against this eventuality.
Guest are asked to arrive after 2pm and depart by 10am on their last day.
